Vendor & User Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, pricing, and inventory. Customers agree to provide accurate delivery and payment details, and use the platform solely for lawful purposes.
Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely through our designated gateways. Refund policies vary by marketplace subsystem; for example, retail refunds are processed within 48 hours, while property and fleet bookings follow respective cancellation windows.
Liability Limitation
VBH Labs provides the ecosystem infrastructure and assumes no liability for direct disputes between end-users and independent vendors, though we actively moderate to ensure ecosystem safety.
